Martz Technologies traces its roots back to 2001 when the company was founded as a sole proprietorship. Over the past two decades, the company has established itself as a prominent player in Pennsylvania’s industrial landscape, catering to a diverse clientele spanning various industries across not only Pennsylvania but also a dozen states throughout the United States. With a track record of serving over 600 clients, Martz Technologies has steadily expanded its operations, boasting a workforce of over 20 employees, including a dedicated management team with expertise in municipal and industrial automation.
The turning point came at the close of 2023 when our owner made the decision to retire, marking a significant transition for the company. In a move that underscored his commitment to the company’s future, Martz opted to sell the business to its employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This shift in ownership heralded a new era for Martz Technologies, with the employees now entrusted with carrying forward the legacy of innovation and excellence in automation. Embracing a mission to uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Diligence, and Teamwork, the newly empowered workforce is determined to cement Martz Technologies’ position as the premier control systems integrator in the state of Pennsylvania.
